The redesign of an existing 1930's prewar structure was specifically tailored to the client's culinary interests. This intervention comprehensively upgraded the existing structural and mechanical systems, added decks and a Master Bath, and totally reconfigured the Kitchen to allow social and gregarious gatherings around the figurative 'hearth.'
