The redesign and reconfiguration of an existing 1930's prewar structure was specifically tailored to the client's new family. This intervention comprehensively gutted the structure, upgraded the existing structural and mechanical systems, added decks and a Master Suite, and totally reconfigured and upgraded the Kitchen to allow a tired house to look forward to a new successful tenure as a home.
