Speculative public/private collaboration to provide Hike & Bike Trail refreshment amenity, tennis viewing, and health center concession. Public rest room facilities as well as water and ice supplies would be available to the public at all times, with the balconies and porches available for pre- and post-exercise gatherings and event viewings.
